Wendy of Wendy’s Kitchen Table is sharing a favorite recipe today using one of her favorite treats. These Chocolate Peanut Clusters are perfect for the holidays and do they ever taste amazing!
Wendy has made hers using Crunchie Bars which is a Honeycomb Chocolate Bar. She also suggests adding your favorite dried fruits, or even chopped marshmallows to really mix the flavors up.

Chocolate Peanut Clusters Ingredients
- 200g (7oz) good quality milk cooking chocolate, broken into squares
- 200g (7oz) good quality dark cooking chocolate, broken into squares
- 3 x 50g (1.7oz) Crunchie bars (honeycomb chocolate), roughly chopped
- 200g (7oz) roasted salted peanuts

Chocolate Peanut Clusters Instructions
Gently melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water or in the microwave on reduced heat.
Stir in the crunchie bar and peanuts.
Drop small spoonfuls of mixture onto a baking paper-lined tray.
Set in the fridge. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 weeks. It makes a great homemade gift too.
