  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1 handful of Italian parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 Tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan
