This Kiwi Classic tastes as good as it looks and you’ll love it. It’s a sweet treat and the colors are gorgeous. It’s a favorite for all ages and is perfect for parties too.The best part about this recipe is that you only need a handful of ingredients and it’s no bake and easy to make.
It’s a matter of combining ingredients and then rolling, wrapping, chilling and chopping.
Lolly Cake Ingredients
- 120g (4oz) butter, melted
- ½ cup sweetened cond milk
- 1 packet malt biscuits, crushed
- 1 packet Eskimos or fruit puffs
- ½ cup coconut
