Raspberry Bliss Balls Ingredients
Wendy suggests using fresh Medjool Dates for this recipe, which can often be found in grocery store produce aisles. However, if you can’t find any you can use the packaged dates and they will come out just as yummy.
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 10 Medjool dates, seeds removed
- 1 cup almond meal
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Raspberry Bliss Balls Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and process until the mixture comes together in a ball. Shape teaspoonfuls of the mixture into balls.
Leave the balls as they are or alternatively roll in coconut, cacao powder, or drizzle with melted dark chocolate. Store in the fridge or freezer.
Kitchen Tip: Try other frozen berries like strawberries, blueberries and mango pieces for equally delicious results.
