- Yarn that is meant to be used with 5mm knitting needles

The bean stitch is basically worked a lot like a puff stitch would be, but you’ll need to cross your stitches.
Hooking up so many loops of yarn at once might feel a bit tight if you’ve never made a puff stitch, so be sure to start with a looser gauge, especially if you have a tendency towards tight stitches.
