This blanket is the creation of Susan Carlson of Felted Button fame. We are in awe of the color combination that she has selected and it has been named the Brighton Blanket. Just look at the intricate details, stunning edging, and the wonderful texture. The best news is it’s a fabulous Free Crochet Pattern.

You will fasten off for color changes and join the new color with a sc (see join with sc in Special Stitches). The pattern is worked in multiples of 41 + 3, so if you choose to adjust the dimensions of your blanket, simply make your foundation chain in multiples of 41 to the desired width and then ch 3 more.
Complete the pattern color repeat rows to the desired height. The color pattern repeat is A-K. Follow this sequence at each instructed color change.

The sample blanket requires approximately 1650-1700 yards (1510- 1555m) of yarn. Dimensions/Gauge. Gauge is not critical to this project.
