Day 1 Liver and Kidney Detox

  • 6 apples (remove the seeds)
  • 10 small cut pieces of Beets
  • 1 Bunch of Celery
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • Around 15 Carrots 

Day 2 Green Drink 

  • 4 Apples (Remove the seeds)
  • 2-3 Cucumbers
  • Small Handful of Parsley
  • 2 Large Handfuls of Spinach
  • 1 Bunch Of Celery
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger

Day 3 Super Colon Detox

  • Ten Cut Pieces of Beets
  • 1 Bunch Celery
  • Small Handful Of Cilantro
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 Lemons
  • 10 Leaves of Romaine Lettuce
  • Large Handful Of Spinach
  • Small Handful Of Parsley
  • Around 15 Carrots (Juice Last)

72 Hour Juice Cleanse Instructions 

Each recipe makes approximately 64 ounces of Juice per day. 

Store in the fridge and consume 1 cup of juice at every hour, for a total of 8 hours.

Every 30 minutes try to consume at least 1 cup of water or more. You should avoid Caffeinated Beverages and Alcohol.

After you’ve finished your daily Juice, enjoy a meal of approximately 6-8 ounces of lean protein and a healthy serving of green vegetables. Avoid starches and processed foods.
