Adding ‘fats’ to Coffee may sound strange at first. In this case, you are adding ‘healthy’ fats. This comes from the unsalted grass-fed butter and the added MCT oil.

The Caffeine combines with the Coconut Oil and Unsalted Grain Fed Butter (or Ghee) and slowly releases its effects into the body. This happens over a period of time and the effects last longer.

For this recipe, ordinary butter is not to be used. It must be unsalted Grass-fed Butter to achieve the optimal results.

How To Make Bulletproof Coffee Recipe

The first step is to brew your coffee.  You can make it one cup at a time or brew in a coffee maker. Use alkaline water and boil. Pour-over coffee grounds in a circular motion.

Add one tablespoon of grass-fed butter. This is a saturated fatty acid high in butyrate and it feeds the good bacteria in your gut. The butter will also give the coffee a creamy, frothy taste.

Add a Tablespoon of Brain Octane which is purified coconut oil. This helps improve brain function and eliminates brain fog. 

It is also high in caprylic acid that kills off bad bacteria and fungus in your gut. The next ingredient is optional but highly recommended for women over 40 or those that want to lose weight. 

This ingredient is collagen protein. It has 30 calories and is tasteless. It will also make you feel fuller for a longer period of time.

Blend or froth the mixture for 20 to 30 seconds. This is important as it breaks down the fats into the coffee and turns it into energy.
