Dr. Oz’s Slimdown Drink Recipe

Above is Dr. Oz’s Slimdown Drink Recipe. On his website, he says to drink one glass of the concoction before each meal. Youll see it has the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup grapefruit or orange or pineapple juice
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey

Whilst the honey is optional in the Slimdown Drink, it adds a very nice touch of sweetness as the drink is quite acidic. The honey will only account for 20 calories.
