We also suggest that you look for a natural hand wash. Most products are petroleum-based and these must be avoided.  Excessive hand washing damages your skin. It also destroys friendly microbiomes on your skin.

What is also interesting is that the PH Level on your hands is acidic, being 4-4.5. If your levels get too high (alkaline) you may experience swollen and inflamed skin.

Dry Wrinkled Hands Remedy

  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 teaspoon raw Manuka Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Mix ingredients and apply to your hands for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, rinse off.

Do this before bed and leave it on all night so that your hands have time to heal.

Dr. Berg recommends that you do this twice a week.
