On the flip side, you should consider removing Sugar, Trans Fats, artificially sweetened foods, caffeine, alcohol, salt, and refined carbs.

Dairy, canned foods, and also meat that is pumped full of antibiotics should be immediately removed. You can swap out with live foods that include lots of plants and veggies. Wheat and Gluten are also known to be highly toxic to your system.

An elimination diet is also hugely beneficial. This will help you work out what foods are affecting you. Keeping a food diary is another good idea.

By writing down what you eat and observing your emotions, you will soon have a handle on what is doing you harm.
