Pineapple Banana Acid Reflux Smoothie Recipe
As mentioned earlier, this recipe is easy to make and tastes great. We found it on key ingredient when we were personally searching for a solution. Here’s what you need:
- 1.5 Cups Diced Pineapple
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Cup Pineapple Juice or Water
- 1/2 Cup of Ice
