When it comes to making a Smoothie, there are different things you can do to ensure that yours tastes amazing. Lucky for all of us, Super Skinny Me has taken the guesswork out. The 5 Steps are as follows -:
- Add Fruit – you should choose at least 2 types of fruit, fresh or frozen and be sure to add some greens like Kale or Spinach. You want your Smoothie to pack a punch!
- Next you need to pick a base – try green tea, water, iced coffee, fruit juice, milk or coconut water
- Now it’s time to thicken it up – you can use yoghurt, ice cubes, nutbutter, cottage cheese etc
- Next you flavour it! Fresh herbs like basil or mint, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract are just some ideas
- Now it’s time for the kicker. You want to give it a big boost and turbo charge your Smoothie. To get the most out of it use Probiotics, Protein Powder, Chia Seeds, Fish Oil, Spirulina etc.
