The best way to keep yourself bacteria and virus free is to wash your hands correctly. This Homemade Hand Sanitizer Recipe is the official World Health Organization version.
An easy DIY recipe, it uses 4 ingredients. Being a Spray makes it considerably more effective too.
Wash Your Hands Regularly
The Recipe is alcohol-based and that is the ingredient responsible for its potency. When washing your hands, be sure to lather up sufficiently.
Don’t overlook the area between your fingers. This is a spot that bacteria can hide out. The back of your hands is also as important as your palms.
Best Times To Wash Hands
In order to stay safe, avoid contact with items that are shared with others. Salt and pepper shakers and sauce bottles are one such example.
Take special care around sick people as they are highly contagious. Washing hands before eating, and after coughing and sneezing is also a must.
