Golden Milk Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 heaping tsp. Organic Turmeric
- ½ – 1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
- â…› tsp. Ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter from grass-fed cows
- 4 thin slices of fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp. honey
Turmeric Golden Milk Directions:
Place the almond milk in a saucepan along with the turmeric, cinnamon, and pepper. Heat over medium-low heat until the spices are dissolved about 5 minutes.
Pour the milk through a strainer into a cup. Add the butter and stir to combine. Once the milk has cooled a bit then add the honey, stir and enjoy.
