It is a sacred practice engaged by Tibetan Monks and many other cultures. You’ll be amazed at what those Dots represent.

According to The Mandala Project, the word originates from the classical Indian language of Sanskrit.
Loosely translated to mean “circle,” a mandala represents wholeness and can be seen as a model for the organizational structure of life – a cosmic diagram that reminds us of our relation to the world that extends within our bodies and minds.
