Lucky, born Lucky Martha Brady Burns, jokes that her husband gets nervous around all of the faces staring at him in her studio.

She also says that her neighbors keep asking her when she is going to make something ‘pretty’.

Her answer is always that these bowls are “as pretty as it gets!”. Making a play on her name, she also says that the people who adopt her bowls now have ‘Something Lucky’ in their homes.
