Windows are the eyes of your home and they affect the way we feel. It’s a fact your outlook on life can deteriorate if your windows are blurry and dirty.
Today we are sharing with you the awesome Blue Rain Window Cleaning Method that is used by the Pro’s in the know and you won’t want to miss it.
In this infographic from Clear Windows, you can see how to not only clean your windows, but keep them streak free afterward. Calling their technique the Blue Rain Window Cleaning Method, it uses Blue Dawn dish soap and Rain-X, a cleaner made for car windshields.
The magic comes from the Rain-X, which repels dirt, water, and grime that is the uninvited visitor on your windows. This is how their employee Susan cleans her windows and the great news is that it doesn’t take any extra time. The reason that your windows end up so dirty, so quickly, is due to the rain spots. This method repels the rain so it trickles right off the window!
Blue Rain Window Cleaning Method Instructions
1. The first thing that you need to do is wash your windows with the dish soap. We have posted a helpful video below that shows you how to wash windows like a Pro using a microfibre cloth squeegee. If you can’t get one of those, you can use a regular cloth and bucket. You will have to put in a little more elbow grease though to get those streaks out.
2. Now spray all your outdoor windows with Rain-X Original. You can use a cloth or newspaper as they recommend, or use a squeegee.
3. Now that you’ve washed up the outside of your windows, you’ll want to repeat on the inside. You’ll wash them with dish soap, just as you did the outside. Using the Rain-X 2-in-1 repellant, which is safer to use inside, you can easily get the same protection on both sides of the window.
This Blue Rain Window Cleaning Method doesn’t take longer than cleaning your windows the old-fashioned way with soap and water.
