We have completed the diet plan twice with 7-9 kilo weight loss on both occasions. Of course, this is not a long-term plan but a great kickstart! You really notice a change in your body shape and you look considerably slimmer. When you see how good you can look, it motivates you to think about what you eat.

Remember, a few small changes, reducing your portions and alcohol intake can have huge results alone. If you need to lose weight for a special occasion or surgery, this is perfect! Be warned though, you need to keep your water up as the detox effects are significant.
