How To Build A Clay Pot Smoker

Here’s what you are going to need for your project.

• Electric hot plate – smaller is better but it should be at least 1,000 watts

• Clay Pot with a base big enough for the grill

• Grate that fits snugly about 1/4 way down your Clay Pot

• Clay Pot Cover – It needs to be something that is a good fit to the base. A Clay Pot Bowl would work and create a seal.

• Handle – make sure that it is heat resistant.
