According to ‘Food Not Lawns’, they suggest that every two weeks you should mix one tablespoon of Epsom Salt in a gallon of water. When you water the plants with the solution they will receive a wonderful boost.

Another top tip is to add a tablespoon of Epsom Salt to the bottom of the plant hole and cover with a thin layer of dirt. You should then plant the seedling over the top in the hole.
