- 1 and 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
- 3/4 Cup Of Milk

How To Make 3 Ingredient Donuts
Add 1.5 cups of self-rising flour and 2 tablespoons of white granulated sugar. Mix with a whisk.
Add 3/4 cup of milk (Dave uses 2% milk, but you can use any type you like.) With a wooden spoon, mix up until you have a nice consistency.
Place some of the mixture in the palm of your hand and roll into a ball. Set aside on a plate, and repeat with remaining dough
To preheated Oil (350F/177C) slowly lower a batch of donut balls into oil and fry until golden brown.
Remove from pan, set aside on wire rack over parchment paper.
To Make Cinnamon Sugar
Add 1/4 cup granulated white sugar and 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon. Whisk it up and then roll donuts in the mixture until fully coated. Pop back on a wire rack and serve.
