  • 3 cups all-purpose or bread flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon yeast (active dry or instant)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water, not boiling

Kitchen Notes

In the video, Jenny uses hot tap water, but not boiling. The optimal temperature is (125-130° F. Allow extra 2 Tablespoons of flour for shaping.
