72 Hour Juice Cleanse Instructions 

Each recipe makes approximately 64 ounces of Juice per day. 

Store in the fridge and consume 1 cup of juice at every hour, for a total of 8 hours.

Every 30 minutes try to consume at least 1 cup of water or more. You should avoid Caffeinated Beverages and Alcohol.

After you’ve finished your Juice for the day, enjoy a meal consisting of approximately 6-8 ounces of lean protein and a healthy serving of green vegetables. Avoid starches and processed foods.
