4 Ingredients 90 Second Fudge Video

90 Second Fudge Ingredients

Here’s what you need to make the 4 ingredients 90 second fudge.

* 250g (half a pound) dark chocolate, broken up

* 400g (14oz) can condensed milk

* 1 cup (120g) chopped walnuts

90 Second Fudge Instructions

Line an 18cm (8inch) square cake pan with baking paper. In a large microwaveable bowl, melt the chocolate in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until smooth and creamy.

“Gradually” add the condensed milk, stirring all the while. Add the nuts and stir to combine. Spread the mixture in the cake pan and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Cut into 16 squares.

Tip: All nuts are an important component of the healthy eating pyramid. The special thing about walnuts is that they not only look like our wrinkled brains but they are very good for our wrinkled brains, as they are high in omega-3 fat.
