How To Make BBQ Pineapple Rings
Start by slicing your onion into 1 inch thick rings. Select onion rings that are a little larger than the pineapple rings. Encase the pineapple rings in your onion rings so they are nice and snug. Grab your Mozzarella Balls and cut in half. Lay them all the way around the ring on top of the Pineapple Rings in a circular motion.
Slice your rashers in two. This will make it easier to wrap around your rings. Thread the Bacon through the ring carefully. Keep adding Bacon until you have a Bacon style Donut as appears in the photo above. Now it’s time to pop in the Oven. Have your oven pre-heated to 160 degrees, 320F, you’re baking for 50 minutes. By baking, you’ll ensure that the cheese melts nicely and the bacon crisps up. When you remove from oven, leave them to cool slightly before serving. You can serve whole or slice into pieces and use a dipping sauce of your choice.
