Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved.
- salt and pepper for seasoning
- smoked paprika
- A handful of baby spinach
- 115grams (4oz) herb and garlic or plain cream cheese

Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts Instructions
Cut chicken breasts in half, season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
Massage into the chicken breasts until well coated.
To a bowl add herb and garlic cream cheese. If you don’t have any on hand, you can use plain cream cheese.
Add a handful of baby spinach to the mixture.
Place the mixture on the bottom part of the chicken.
Fold over the chicken so the mixture is covered.
Wrap the chicken in bacon rashers
Place chicken on a wire rack or baking tray. Place in 275F/190C preheated oven for 40 minutes until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Enjoy!
