Gails Baileys and Caramilk Cheesecake is no-bake, easy to make and utterly delicious. It’s easy to see why it has been such a huge hit and we know you are going to love it.
Gail was also the brains behind the 3 ingredient Caramilk Fudge Recipe that we recently shared. Caramilk is a new Cadbury Chocolate and if you don’t have access to it, feel free to substitute your favorite candy.
Baileys And Caramilk Cheesecake Ingredients
3/4 packet (188g or 7oz ) of Nice (or any Digestive) Biscuits, finely crushed
80g (3oz) of butter
240g (8.5oz) of Caramilk Chocolate
500g (18oz) Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup of Castor Sugar
2 teaspoons Gelatine
1 Tablespoon of boiling water
30mls Bailey Irish Cream Liquor
1 Cup of thickened cream
How To Make Baileys And Caramilk Cheesecake
Melt butter and add to crushed biscuits and mix until combined.
Press into the base a lightly greased 20cm (8oz) Springform pan Lined with baking paper
Chill in the refrigerator.
For The Filling
Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Soften cream cheese and add to a large bowl.
Add sugar and Baileys and beat with a mixer until combined and creamy.
Melt the gelatine in boiling water and mix through thoroughly.
Add chocolate and whip until blended.
With clean beaters, whip cream and then fold through the cheese mixture.
Pour into the springform pan and chill overnight.
Remove from pan, top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and fresh berries of choice.
