How To Make Baked Chicken Parmesan Recipe

Recipe by Dave Hood, Cook’n Share

Season up 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Add Marinara Sauce into a baking dish. Dave uses 1/4 cup and spreads it around. You can add extra to taste.

Next move to your dredging station. Add 1/4 cup of Italian breadcrumbs (plain is also fine) to 2 tablespoons of Parmesan and mix up.

Add 4 tablespoons melted butter to a bowl and dip chicken until it is fully coated.

Next, drop the chicken into breadcrumbs and completely cover.

Lay the chicken in your baking dish on top of the marinara.

Spread more marinara sauce over the top of the chicken.

Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese until well covered.

Pop your baking dish into a preheated 375F/190C oven. After 30 minutes remove from oven and garnish with basil. Enjoy!
