- 8 graham crackers
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
Best Key Lime Pie Bars Filling Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp grated lime zest
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup key lime juice
- Lime slices to top, optional

How To Make Key Lime Pie Bars Recipe
Add 8 Graham Crackers, 1/4 cup sugar and 5tbsp unsalted butter to a food processor, blitz and spread in a baking tray. Bake for 10-11 minutes in 350F (180c) Oven until golden.
Add remaining ingredients, 3 eggs, 1.5 tsp grated lemon zest, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 3/4 cup key lime juice to the mixer and combine.
Pour over Graham Cracker Base and place into 350F (180c) Oven and bake for 10-11 minutes then refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Cut into squares and serve with lime slices (optional) – Enjoy!
