These Potato Rolls are light, fluffy and totally delicious. They’re easy to make from just a few ingredients and you can make them ahead in 20 minutes and cook later. You can use either Instant Yeast or Active Dry Yeast.

Both work well. If you use the Active it will take slightly longer to rise. If you’re short on time, cover the rolls and par bake for 30 minutes. All you will then need to do is cool and refrigerate overnight. The recipe creator says they are absolutely superb!
