The best part is this recipe is super easy to make and it looks great on your table too. You can add your own ingredients and seasonings or swap out the nuts or bacon. It’s a very flexible recipe.

Cheese Ball Dip Ingredients

  • 8.8oz (250g) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • ½ cup bacon or ham, finely chopped
  • ½ cup dried apricots, finely chopped
  • 3 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • granulated nuts and/or finely chopped chives or parsley

How To Make Cheese Ball Dip

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Shape into a big ball. Combine nuts and parsley in a large bowl or tray. Roll the cheese ball in nuts and parsley.

Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with a selection of crackers.
