Chocolate Raspberry Cups Instructions

Place milk chocolate in a heatproof, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium (50%) for 1 – 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds with a metal spoon, or until smooth. Set aside for 10 minutes to cool.
Using electric beaters, whisk cream until soft peaks form.

Add melted chocolate. Using a large metal spoon, gently fold until well combined. Spoon chocolate mixture into a snaplock bag. Snip off 1 corner. Pipe chocolate mixture into each cup.

Top with a raspberry. Refrigerate until required. Dust with icing sugar.

Serve.

NOTE: Chocolate cups are usually available from the bread, meringues and cake aisle of the supermarket.
