Gails version has a secret ingredient that ups the ante and the taste. She includes Raspberry Lollies in hers and that’s what makes the difference. So, let’s see what you’re going to need.

No-Bake Clinkers Slice Ingredients

  • 300g (21oz) Clinkers
  • 1 packet plain/nice biscuits
  • 100g (3.5oz) Raspberry lollies
  • 125g butter
  • 1 395g (14oz) can condensed milk
  • 200g (7oz) milk chocolate
  • 20g (.07) copha

How To Make Clinkers Slice Recipe

Place biscuits in a food processor and blitz to a crumb. Repeat with the clinkers, but leave a little texture to them.

Chop raspberries into small pieces. (This is easier to do if they are slightly frozen)

Place all in a bowl and mix well to combine. Set aside.

Add condensed milk and chopped butter to a saucepan.

Melt over low heat until the milk and butter combine.

Pour over biscuit mix and stir until well incorporated.

Spoon into a slice tray lined with baking paper.

Press with the back of a spoon to spread it evenly and to compact the mixture until you have a smooth surface.

Heat chocolate and copha in 30-second increments in a microwave-safe bowl, until melted and smooth. Pour over the slice and chill 3-4 hours until set. Slice and keep refrigerated.
