Perfectly Crispy Bacon Instructions
You’ll begin by cutting a piece of aluminum foil to roughly double the size of your tray. Once you’ve done that, fold the piece in half.
Now you’ll start by folding the longest edges until the piece of foil is about the width of your tray.
Beginning at the short edge, fold the sheet over just about half an inch. Now turn the foil over and fold the same edge one inch again.
Turn the foil back over, continuing to fold and turn until the entire sheet is done.
Now grab hold of each edge and pull the sheet out lightly so you have an accordion-shaped sheet. Lay the sheet on the baking tray.
Now layer the bacon over your foil bacon rack.
Bake in a preheated oven at 390F/200C for about 15 minutes, rotating the tray as needed to evenly cook the bacon. Cook until the bacon is baked to your liking.
Remember to save bacon fat to cook your fried eggs in – it gives them an amazing taste.
