Sultana Slice Ingredients

  • 125g (4.4oz) butter
  • ½ cup caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup self-raising flour
  • 1 ½ cups sultanas

Sultana Slice Recipe Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180˚C/160˚C fan-forced.
  • Grease and line a slice pan with baking paper.
  • Beat butter and sugar with vanilla then eggs one at a time.
  • Stir in flour and sultanas.
  • Press into a tray.
  • Bake for 25 minutes in 180C /160 fan forced oven
  • Cool, cut into fingers.
