How To Make Homemade Cream Cheese -:
You will need
- 1 Quart Yogurt – Chef John does not use Low Fat so can not guarantee the results. He used Sheep’s Milk Yogurt from the Farmers Market but Cows Milk is fine.
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- Cheesecloth – Layers
- String to tie your Cheesecloth
