Copycat Graham Crackers Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons milk 

Homemade Graham Crackers Recipe 

1. In a large bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder. 

2. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat egg. Mix in oil, honey, and milk. Add dry ingredients, and mix with paddle attachment until just combined. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.

3. Roll out dough on a floured work surface until 1/16” thick and cut out 3” x 3” squares. Dock with a fork or skewer, and place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake at 375F for 13 min until golden brown around edges.
