How To Make Homemade Mozzarella Cheese
You will need
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Citric Acid Powder
- 1/4 tablet Vegetable Rennet or 1/4 tsp Liquid Rennet
- 1 gallon Whole Milk
- 1 teaspoon Cheese Salt

Once you start making your own cheeses at home, we know you’ll become addicted to it. It has a fabulous taste and it’s not a particularly difficult process. 2 of the ingredients are called for are Rennet and Citric Acid.
They can be found online and in local health food stores. One of the important things to remember is that fresh Mozzarella doesn’t keep well. It’s widely suggested that you serve and consume on the same day that you prepare it.
