  • 8 cups milk (any raw, pasteurizer skim whole)
  • Heat to 180 degrees
  • Take off the stovetop and cool to 110 degrees
  • Add four cups to a quart jar
  • Two TABLESPOONS to each Quart jar with milk
  • Stir gently. Don’t disturb it. Place in the oven or on a warm porch in sun or a sunny window to maintain 110 degrees. Starry says that yogurt should set up in 4 hours.
