How To Make Homemade Yogurt
- 8 cups milk (any raw, pasteurizer skim whole)
- Heat to 180 degrees
- Take off the stovetop and cool to 110 degrees
- Add four cups to a quart jar
- Two TABLESPOONS to each Quart jar with milk
- Stir gently. Don’t disturb it. Place in the oven or on a warm porch in sun or a sunny window to maintain 110 degrees. Starry says that yogurt should set up in 4 hours.
