Preheat oven to 350 degrees/180 Fahrenheit.

Brown ground meat and drain if needed. Add seasoning, ½ chopped red onion, and cheese.

Arrange crescent rolls in a circle on a Large Round Stone with bases overlapping in the center and points to the outside.

Scoop meat mixture over crescent rolls with a Large Stainless Steel Scoop. Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under base at center. (Filling will not be completely covered.)

Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.

V-cut bell pepper using a V-Shaped Cutter. Clean out the center of bell pepper. Using a manual food processor, add tomatoes and chop, add onion and chop, cilantro and jalapeño, and process.

Add pressed garlic and juice from ½ of the lime. Season with salt to taste. Add in bell pepper. Shred lettuce.

When serving, mound lettuce in the center of the cooked ring and place the bell pepper salsa cup on top. Serve with sour cream if desired.
