- 1 lb (453 grams) Powdered Sugar
- 3 oz (85 grams) Box of Jell-O Mix flavors of choice

Whilst this fondant takes just 30 minutes total prep time, it is best when left to rest overnight. Once you’ve kneaded it to a consistency like play dough, you simply put a little shortening on your hands, rub over the fondant and wrap in plastic wrap.
