Kahlua Balls Ingredients

  • 250grams (8.8oz) Sweet Digestive Biscuit like Arrowroot or Marie blitzed in a food processor.
  • 395g (14oz) Condensed Milk 
  • 1 Cup of Coconut 
  • 1/4 Cup of Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 Cup of Kahlua 
  • Extra Coconut for rolling (1 cup) 

Kitchen Note:

You can use any sweet digestive biscuit in place of Arrowroot Biscuits. Anything that you would have with a cup of tea or coffee will work perfectly for this recipe.

How To Make Kahlua Balls Recipe

Blitz your digestive biscuits in your food processor or in a Ziploc bag using a rolling pin until you have a fine consistency.

Add one cup of coconut to a small bowl and set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine all your ingredients (excluding extra coconut) until well mixed.

Roll your mixture into one inch balls.

Roll your balls generously in coconut and place gently on a tray or plate.

Place in your fridge for at least one to two hours or until your Kahlua Balls firm up.

Store your Kahlua Balls in an airtight container.
