The minute we spied Lemon and Coconut, we knew we were on to a winner and then when we saw the comments from those that had made this Pie, we knew we had to share.
The bottom line is this, you have to try this Impossible Lemon Pie. It’s quick and easy and self crusts. It is similar to a pastry texture and the coconut rises to the top during the cooking process and forms a wonderful crispy lid. Are you excited? We are!
