Our WHOot Contributor Vanya specializes in good old fashioned favorites. As the creator behind the hugely popular Lemon Weetbix Slice Recipe, her Magic Slice is another destined for greatness.
This delicious recipe is filled with an assortment of goodies, much like her Lumberjack Cake and she actually came across this recipe at a local cafe. The great news is that you can swap out the sultanas for any dried fruit you like. Apricots, for example, would be particularly good.
