Homemade Peanut Butter Ingredients
- 2 cups roasted peanuts
- 1 Tablespoon of honey
- 1-3 teaspoons of peanut oil (optional for creaminess)
- A pinch of salt
Homemade Peanut Butter Directions
1. Put peanuts, honey, and salt in a food processor and then process.
2. Slowly add peanut oil and continue to process until peanut butter is very smooth. This may take a while. You can stop the machine and scrape down the peanut butter as you go.
3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for maximum freshness or at room temp if you consume quickly and appreciate peanut butter that is easier to spread.
