It’s easy and cheesy and lots of fun in the process. It is made with Crescent Rolls and you only need to allow around 15 minutes prep time and 20 minutes baking. This will be a new favorite.

Taco Ring Ingredients
- 2 pkgs crescent rolls
- 1.5 oz lean ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 small red onion
- 2 1/2 T Tex Mex Rub or Southwestern Seasoning
- 6oz shredded cheese
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 lime
- 1 jalapeño
- Sour cream (optional)
How To Make Taco Ring
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown ground meat and drain if needed. Add seasoning, ½ chopped red onion and cheese.
Arrange crescent rolls in a circle on Large Round Stone with bases overlapping in center and points to the outside.
Scoop meat mixture over crescent rolls with Large Stainless Steel Scoop. Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under base at center. (Filling will not be completely covered.)
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
V-cut bell pepper using V-Shaped Cutter. Clean out the center of bell pepper. Using Manual Food Processor, add tomatoes and chop, add onion and chop, cilantro and jalapeño and process. Add pressed garlic and juice from ½ of the lime. Season with salt to taste. Place in bell pepper.
