We love these stunning Chocolate Roses and they sure do take your creations to a whole new level. Cakes, cupcakes, wedding cakes, you name it! They look lovely placed on the side of a plate or as favors for showers and special occasions.
Chocolate Roses via Sugar Hero
They also look wonderful in white. We love this version that was made for Valentines Day from Elizabeth of Sugar Hero. The gentle fold of the petals looks like they are so fresh and are just opening up. They are the perfect atop her triple swirl frosting!
As you can see from the ones above the effect is created by gently rolling from the centre out. The middle should be much tighter and as you finish the petals become softer with a slight ruffle.
