Gemma is famous for her mug cakes, so much so she even has a book. She turned her most popular chocolate cake into a mug version. It’s incredibly delicious and also super moist.
Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe

- 2 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 Tblsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon oil (canola, veg, s/flwer)
- 1 small egg*
- 2 Tblsps chocolate chips
