So, let’s look at the ingredients list. You can get creative with your substitutions with this recipe but be assured, it’s completely fabulous. Bianca has a couple of notes below.
One Minute Slice Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons peanut butter*
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 3 tablespoons honey**
- 2 tablespoons cacao or cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon concentrated natural vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup cashews

- *you can sub peanut butter with almond butter if preferred.
2. **you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
